Stumbled upon this picture recently. The kid on the skateboard is my half brother Alan, aka moon-man. The funky looking old guy to the right is my step-father Bob and that’s me standing there with the goofy grin and funky 1977 boys haircut. I’m 9 years old in this picture. If you know Hollywood this is on the corner of Whitley Ave. and Hollywood Blvd. Notice the cool cars? I think this is in front of the Old House of Pies. I think my brother Scott took this picture.
Anyways, I’ve been doing some journaling of late about my family and reminiscing about being a kid from Hollywood. Lots of interesting memories.
And a whole lot of God’s grace.
